Seasonal Menu Ideas Through the Punjab Year

The calendar should shape your menu more than fashion does. A complete guide from the Paradise Catering event team in Faisalabad, written from more than five hundred real celebrations.
Where to start
Begin with three fixed points — your date, your venue and your approximate guest count. Every other decision, from menu depth to staffing and décor scale, follows from those three numbers.
What experienced planners do differently
- Summer: lighter grills, chilled beverages, shorter buffet exposure.
- Monsoon: covered stations and fried, warming starters.
- Winter: slow-cooked kunna, nihari and hot dessert counters.
- Match dessert temperature to the season, not the trend.
A note on quantities
Under-catering is the single most common regret we hear. Plan for a small buffer above your confirmed headcount, and always separate children's portions from adult portions in your estimate.
