The Event Checklist We Use Before Every Celebration

Nothing on an event day should be decided on the event day. A complete guide from the Paradise Catering event team in Faisalabad, written from more than five hundred real celebrations.
Where to start
Begin with three fixed points — your date, your venue and your approximate guest count. Every other decision, from menu depth to staffing and décor scale, follows from those three numbers.
What experienced planners do differently
- Confirm final headcount seventy-two hours ahead.
- Walk the venue with the décor and kitchen leads together.
- Pre-stage crockery counts against the seating plan.
- Agree a contingency plan for weather and power.
A note on quantities
Under-catering is the single most common regret we hear. Plan for a small buffer above your confirmed headcount, and always separate children's portions from adult portions in your estimate.
